A multi-national Business Intelligence (BI) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software vendor based in London is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for our enterprise customers, you'll be owning the end-to-end experience of a few of our highly strategic customers driving satisfaction and outcomes for the customer leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy for our solutions. These customers will both within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors where we are experiencing significant and consistent growth.

Who we are looking for...

We are looking for people who will work hand in hand with the customer to optimise the experience they have with the internal platform. A passion for serving the customer in a professional, fair and meaningful fashion, making sure that their engagement is truly exceptional. Importantly you will need to be able to build strong and lasting relationships with the customer and in doing so be able to translate the needs of the customer into valuable outcomes for them.

What you will do:

  • Key point of contact for around 15-20 customers
  • Manage resources with the customers to optimise time and costs for both parties
  • Understand the customer solution landscape and identify possible opportunities for solution growth.
  • Match customer needs with product functionality to deliver optimal outcomes both in terms of product usage and customer experience
  • Co-ordinate all post sales activity including, onboarding, product training, support and all other processes
  • Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
  • Maintain a consistent and ongoing level of communication with the customer at a senior level around all aspects of the company, people, solutions and support
  • Work with Customer Marketing to enable alignment with ongoing activities including events, analyst communications and publicity.

What you will bring: Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years customer success / account management for a B2B company, ideally SaaS
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • FMCG and Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to run multiple sales and engagement cycles
  • Either Business Intelligence, ERP or CPM experience preferred
