Account Manager

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to support and grow our customer base across Mackay and surrounding areas.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with customers, identify growth opportunities, and work alongside our branch teams to deliver real results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Act as the main point of contact for account support and enquiries
• Identify new business, upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
• Partner with branch teams to deliver great customer outcomes
• Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or B2B sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Results-driven with a commercial mindset
• Well organised and able to manage your time effectively
• Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools
• Automotive, truck or parts industry experience is highly regarded
