What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a dedicated route of convenience store customers
• Build strong relationships with store owners and managers
• Help customers maximize the success of their Hunt Brothers® Pizza program
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance
• Solve customer problems and drive business growth
• Represent the Hunt Brothers® Pizza and TBHC Delivers® brands professionally
• Deliver, stock, and merchandise products
• Drive participation in company initiatives and sales-building programs
• Assist customers with product, equipment, and operational issues

Physical & Schedule Requirements

This is a physically active role that requires stamina, consistency, and a commitment to safety. You must be able to:

• Lift up to 75 pounds
• Bend, reach, and rotate product regularly throughout the day
• Climb in and out of a commercial truck multiple times daily
• Work a 4-day schedule with extended workdays averaging 50+ hours per week

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Problem-solving skills and a mindset of ownership
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years, including no DUIs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
• Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements
• 1+ years of relevant work experience. Prior Route Sales experience a plus.
