About this role
Are you passionate about the financial world? For our desk covering CEE, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Account Manager.
What would your role be?
Take ownership and manage aclient portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
Be responsiblefortherevenuesof the book,managing the volume ofwork,and demand of the clients.
Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
Use keen foresight inanticipatingnew risks through theaccuratemonitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of clientmeetings,and in the preparation of investment proposals.
Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.
What are we looking for?
Previousexperience in a similar position within the banking industry.
Fluency in German and English and effective communication skills. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
A strongteam playerand a strong interestinhigh-level client service.
Good understanding of financial products and markets.
Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).
Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
