Role: Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage expectations and develop business solutions for selling professional services into enterprise clients.
- Create business plans to generate revenue, increase brand loyalty and improve customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving targets.
- Own and drive the Revenue Protection and Growth plan.
- Align account plans with client strategy and understand current projects and success metrics.
- Identify value-adding opportunities (cross-sell/upsell).
- Assist with business case definition, ROI analysis, and proof points.
- Own proposal creation, client presentations, and documentation.
- Drive customer conversations aligned to value propositions.
- Manage proposals, customer engagement cadence, and build lasting relationships.
- Understand customer procurement processes and operating models.
- Represent BlueSky at events and conferences.
- Ensure positive customer experience and manage escalations.
- Coordinate internally for timely solution delivery.
- Follow internal processes and partake in meetings.
Requirements:
- Professional services sales and account management experience with enterprise financial services organizations.
- Solution selling experience and a track record of success.
- Minimum 3 years selling into enterprise accounts.
- Relationship-building skills and proficiency in oral and written communication (English).
- Ability to define account plans and leverage C-level relationships.
- Leadership, communication, business acumen, relationship savvy, results-oriented, and appetite for learning.
- Proven experience selling into the Financial Services industry.
- Professional services experience with software or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem or CRM, AWS (nice to have).
