Air Partner Cargo specializes in Time Critical logistics — NFO, Aircraft Charter, OBC and Direct Drive. When a production line is down or an aircraft is grounded, our customers need a solution now.

We're looking for an Account Manager – Time Critical to join our Cologne team!

Responsibilities

Your Role

· Grow existing accounts and win new business

· Handle urgent customer enquiries and turn them into solutions

· Source and negotiate with airlines, suppliers and logistics partners

· Manage shipments from enquiry to successful delivery

· Build strong customer relationships and develop new opportunities

· Work with our global teams on international shipments

· Represent Air Partner Cargo at exhibitions, conferences and customer events

· Participate in the duty roster and out of office support

Qualifications

Your Profile

· Air freight forwarding experience is mandatory

· Time Critical / aerospace / automotive / pharma experience is a plus

· Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills

· Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment

· Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented

· Fluent in German and English
