Bosch Electric Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (RBCE) was established in Nanchang in Jan 2025 as a joint venture between Bosch and Jiangling Motor Corporation Group (JMCG), with Bosch holding a 60% stake and JMCG owning 40%. RBCE is primarily responsible for the development, application, production, sales, and servicing of electric drive axle systems for light commercial vehicles.

Main Target: 维护客户关系，挖掘商机，促成交易，确保客户长期价值。
Key Result: 客户Man-mapping、新项目获取、合同/订单、打造负责客户的样板工程

客户关系管理
- 维护客户高层关系，建立长期信任
- 了解客户业务战略、组织架构及决策链
商机挖掘与销售推进
- 识别客户痛点，引导需求，推动商机
- 制定销售策略（如竞争分析、报价策略）
- 主导合同谈判，确保条款合理并促成签约
收入与回款管理
- 跟踪合同执行，确保按时回款
- 挖掘增购/复购机会，提升客户TCO（生命周期价值）
跨团队协调
- 协调解决方案专家设计技术方案
- 向交付团队传递客户关键需求

Qualifications

1. 本科以上学历，工科背景，车辆相关专业。
2. 3-5年销售工作经历，熟悉电驱/电机市场及行业，特别OEM行业客户
3. 熟悉电驱桥及相关业务模式
4. 积极主动，善于沟通，具有抗压能力
