Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting operations, including:
- Sales entries
- Petty cash
- Customer reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Asset reconciliations
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Generate invoices accurately and on time.
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via email and phone.
Compute and file statutory returns, including:
- Income Tax
- GST
Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer and company data.
Contribute to special projects aligned with your strengths and capabilities.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

12th Commerce background, B. Com or M.com qualification.
Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong spreadsheet and financial reporting skills.
Ability to analyse and understand financial information, not just enter data.
Professional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and vendors.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
