Job Title: Accountant

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Duration: 3+ months

Description:

• Ensure internal compliance with established accounting policies and procedures for CapEx projects.
• Identify and report variances to budgets in projects.
• Gather information and update project accounting system.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents. Track payments through entire processing cycle.
• Create commitments and attach to invoices in project accounting system.
• Set up new projects in the project system.
• Prepare Journal Entries, perform reconciliations from system to GL.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Required Experience:
• Project Accounting or Cost Accounting experience, Sage/Timberline, Excel, Outlook

Desired Experience:

• Infinium, Stratton Warren, Ariba
