Requirements of the Accounting & Advisory Associate:

3–7 years of experience in public accounting, ideally with audit and financial statement work.

CPA or active CPA candidate is preferred.

Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Comfortable using technology and adapting to change.

Positive team player who is willing to jump in and help where needed.

Audit or attest experience is a plus.
Benefits:

Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000.

Full-time schedule, Monday–Thursday 8–5 and Friday 8–12.

Responsibilities of the Accounting & Advisory Associate:

Prepare individual, business, and nonprofit tax returns.

Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements.

Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers.

Communicate directly with clients throughout engagements.

Assist with accounting and business client projects.

Support improvements to internal processes and workflows.

Collaborate with firm leadership and staff across service areas.
