To support our continued growth in Serbia, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as:

Accounting Manager
Location: Serbia

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax calculations, filings, and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems.
• Support management with financial analysis, cost control initiatives, and decision-making processes.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Professional accounting certifications are considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
