Accounting Manager (Ecommerce Business)

We are looking for an execution-focused Accounting Manager to run our finance operations and optimize our liquidity engine in Jakarta office. Our E-commerce Enablement business is the high-velocity engine powering end-to-end multi-channel growth for global enterprise brands and fast-scaling local businesses. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional corporate accounting and strategic working capital management—transforming millions of rows of raw, high-volume marketplace transaction data into absolute liquidity control and competitive business advantages.

What You'll Do

• Optimize Cash Flow & Working Capital: Lead daily and monthly liquidity forecasting and manage the cash conversion cycle. You will ensure multi-channel marketplace payouts are efficiently tracked and withdrawn to optimize working capital and balance supplier payment deadlines.
• Lead Financial Operations & Closing: Oversee the end-to-end month-end closing process, ensuring accurate ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations fully aligned with PSAK and IFRS. You will manage high-volume transactional flows across AP and AR, optimizing complex vendor settlements and marketplace collections to guarantee data integrity.
• Drive Team Excellence & Growth: Manage, coach, and review the outputs of the local accounting team, fostering a culture of high data fluency and operational accountability across the department.
• Govern Multi-Channel Reconciliation: Supervise both automated and manual data-matching frameworks to cleanly reconcile high-volume marketplace payouts against GMV, platform subsidies, brand vouchers, and payment gateway fees.
• Champion Commercial Business Partnering: Act as the core financial bridge for E-commerce Operations and Commercial leads. You will analyze client portfolio P&Ls to track Gross Profit Margins (GPM), flag operational risks, and aggressively plug supply chain cost leakages (logistics overcharges, returns, and COD tracking).

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA/CA preferred) with over 5 years of corporate accounting experience, including 1–2 years leading or managing a team.
• Solid experience in E-commerce, Retail, or 3PL Logistics, with deep familiarity handling backend financial flows for Indonesian marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia.
• Proven track record in cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and working capital optimization in high-volume transaction environments.
• High data fluency and advanced Excel skills; able to deep-dive into complex, massive datasets alongside your team to isolate capital leaks and reconcile variances.
• High resilience and composure under pressure; takes complete ownership of team deadlines during tight month-end closures and high-volume mega-campaigns.
