Role Summary
Manage day-to-day financial, accounting, and compliance activities for the VSS entities, and associated investment
portfolios. The role involves close coordination with internal teams (tax, treasury, secretarial, audit) and external
stakeholders (banks, auditors, consultants, investee companies).
Key Responsibilities
• Accounting & bookkeeping for VSS entities and family portfolio — expense booking, payment sheets,
investment entries
• Prepare monthly projected financials, net worth reports, and NBFC test data for VSS entities
• Quarterly advance tax calculations; annual ITR preparation and filing coordination for VSS, family & entities
• Review GST & TDS data; liaise with tax team for timely payments, returns, and assessments
• Coordinate FLA returns, ODI/foreign investment forms, and Form FC Section E with the CS team
• Bank liaison — Demat changes, monthly statements, FD advices, account openings, KYC updates for directors
• Coordinate payments via treasury team; arrange document signing with directors
• Support internal & statutory audits — provide data, respond to queries, liaise for financial sign-offs
• Review investment agreements (angel, inter-company, contribution funds, loans); maintain investment trackers
Qualifications
• CA/ CA (Inter) / MBA Finance / B.Com with 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and FEMA/RBI compliance (ODI/FLA filings)
Key Skills
• Strong accounting, reporting, and multi-entity management skills
• Excellent coordination with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally / SAP
