Roles and Responsibilities

a. Day to day banking functions.

b.Coordinating with Auditors in regard to 15CA / 15CB and respective documentations for foreign remittances.

c.Handling of petty cash.

d.Flight/Personal imprest accounting and necessary filling.

e.Weekly physical verification of Cash in presence to Mgr. Fin.

f.Daily Circulation of Bank status with BRS.

g.Preparation of weekly fund projection.

h.Weekly Fund allocation and utilization detail.

i. Payable Accounting of Admin Expense (with Approval from Mgr Fin) and COS (With approval from Finance Supervisor).

j.Weekly Circulation of liability/Creditors statement to Mgr. Fin in CC to Supervisor & DOF.

k.Monitoring the overhead movement on monthly basis.

l.FN reconciliation of domestic creditors and necessary reporting to Mgr. Finance.
