P/T Administrative Assistant :

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Order Entry / Administrative Assistant with strong communication ,computer and mathematical skills for an ISO certified Medical Device company located in Englewood, NJ. Will perform duties for the Order Entry, Accts Receivable and Documentation Dept's. and will provide administrative support as needed in other departments.


Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable Experience - specifically with Sage - ability to work well with numbers

• Strong Order Entry proficiency

• Must be able to work well independently and be willing to perform diversified duties

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must

• Excellent Verbal communications skills and pleasant phone manner

• Proficient in Microsoft Office a Must

• Minimum 5 years’ experience also a Must

Salary $18 + per hour depending on experience.

Hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday - Benefits: Health Insurance, Vacation and Holiday Pay
