Mission principale :
Assurer l’approvisionnement de l’hôtel en biens et services (alimentaires, techniques, équipements) au meilleur rapport qualité/prix, dans le respect des standards hôteliers.

Responsabilités :

• Sélectionner et négocier avec les fournisseurs

• Passer et suivre les commandes

• Contrôler la qualité, les délais et les coûts

• Gérer les stocks et éviter les ruptures

• Respecter les procédures internes et le budget

 

Qualifications

Profil requis :

• Formation en gestion, achats ou hôtellerie

• Expérience en achats hôteliers souhaitée

• Bonne capacité de négociation

• Maîtrise du français (anglais apprécié)
