Acquisition Support Specialist Senior

Quantum Sky is s searching for an Acquisition Support Specialist Senior to support our office in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Opening for 1 person to support Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime, Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office (PMW 410), providing support to the Real-Time Spectrum Operations (RTSO) program.

• Assist in coordinating activities between program management, customer, and contractors by participating in program reviews and associated events.

• Assist in identifying and resolving new issues that arise relating to changes with the planned acquisition/delivery/installation of systems.

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment supporting the DoD
• Keen stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Flexible, responsive, and outcome driven support to the RTSO APM
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
• Bachelor’s degree

Desired:

• Experience with Navy SIGINT systems
• Business Financial Management and/or Spend Plan Management experience
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree
• PMP Certification
• Agile Certification(s)

• Secret Clearance required

Compensation:

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $122,000-$142,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
