Set amongst lush resort grounds in Twin Waters, our resort features over 370 guest rooms, a lagoon-style pool, outdoor spaces and a range of activities designed for families and holidaymakers. Our VIK (Very Important Kids) Club is a highlight of the guest experience, giving children the chance to have fun, make new friends and create holiday memories they’ll talk about long after they leave.

From outdoor adventures and water activities to games, crafts and family experiences, our Activities team brings energy and personality to the resort every day.

We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Activities Attendant to join our team and help bring the resort experience to life.

This is a fun, active and people-focused role where you’ll spend your days engaging with children, families and guests through a variety of activities and experiences.

You’ll help deliver our VIK Club program while also supporting the wider Activities operation. No two days will look the same — you could be running a beach game in the morning, helping guests get out on the water or leading a craft activity in the afternoon.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being active, enjoys working with people and wants to build valuable experience in a fast-paced resort environment.

In this role, you’ll:

• Host engaging VIK Club activities, games and experiences for children and families
• Create a fun, welcoming and safe environment for our youngest guests
• Plan and deliver activities such as beach games, crafts, trivia, putt putt and bike tours
• Support water-based activities with a strong focus on guest safety
• Assist guests with equipment hire including kayaks, catamarans and bikes
• Build positive connections with guests and create memorable experiences
• Support the daily operation of the Activities team and activity areas
• Keep equipment and activity spaces clean, organised and guest-ready

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A fun, energetic and outgoing personality
• A genuine passion for working with children and families
• Confidence engaging with guests of all ages
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
• Previous experience in childcare, recreation, education, camps, entertainment or hospitality is highly regarded
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
• Current Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain
• First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial
• Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and varied hours
