Who we need:

We are seeking an Ad Operations Campaign Manager - Survey & Research to join our team of talented professionals.

You’ll be joining an internal unit of survey experts, working closely with our Campaigns, Design, BI, and MarTech teams to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of entertainment marketing for our clients.

What you will be doing

  • Set up, configure and launch surveys across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok to assess the general interest towards various movies and TV shows.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with our campaigns team to provide updates on survey progress and gather feedback on results expectations.

  • Manage survey budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.

  • Deliver insights results summaries to our campaigns team in order to build our clients’ reports.

  • Analyze large data sets including campaign performance, and application of the results to build the decision base on how to best spend large media budgets for our clients from the entertainment industry.

  • Act as an internal consultant to advise on methodology best practices and help our stakeholders read research results the right way

  • Participate in the continuous optimization of our survey setups on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, JustWatch etc.

  • You are a self-starter and lifelong learner. You are curious and proactive; you don’t wait to be taught new skills but actively identify areas of opportunity for your development and that of the wider business.

  • What we need from you

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to stay constructive and output-oriented in challenging situations.

  • Keen interest in the movie and TV show industry.

  • You embody the statement: “Excellence is an attitude”.

  • You thrive on crunching numbers and filtering data and are an expert at explaining your findings even to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Background in paid social and/or quantitative market research experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in planning and managing paid social campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.

  • Willingness to jump into a very challenging and fast-moving environment that comes with lots of opportunities to grow.

  • Full English proficiency, any other language is a plus.
