Job Description:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.

• Teach assigned primary-level subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, and/or Art) effectively and creatively.

• Develop age-appropriate teaching materials, worksheets, activities, and assessments.

• Monitor and assess students’ academic progress; provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity.

• Integrate interactive and hands-on learning approaches to enhance student engagement.

• Support students with different learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and academic progress.

• Participate in school meetings, events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions when required.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistent academic standards.

• Perform other academic-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

• Professional teaching qualification preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Cambridge/Singapore curriculum.

• Ex-MOE teachers are encouraged and welcome to apply.

• Excellent classroom management skills and ability to motivate and engage students.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.

Compensation:

• Paid hourly rate: SGD $40 - SGD $50.
