🎯 Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the company.

This role focuses on administrative coordination, data accuracy, and follow-up, helping management stay organized and efficient.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

πŸ“Š 1. System & Data Management

  • Enter and update data on internal systems (CRM / ERP / Excel)
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of company data (projects, clients, expenses)
  • Monitor that all departments are properly updating their data
  • Generate basic reports for management

πŸ“‹ 2. Administrative Follow-up

  • Follow up with team members on tasks and deadlines
  • Track daily to-do lists and ensure completion
  • Coordinate between different departments (Business – Marketing – Operations)

πŸ’° 3. Basic Finance Support

  • Record expenses and revenues
  • Assist in tracking cash flow
  • Organize invoices and financial documents
  • Prepare simple financial summaries when needed

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and required documents
  • Handle administrative requests from management
  • Assist in organizing internal processes and workflows

  • Reports directly to top management
  • May support other C-level members regarding system data and reporting

    Qualifications

    🧠 Requirements

    πŸŽ“ Experience:

    • 0–2 years of experience (Junior level)
    • Fresh graduates are welcome

    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to create presentations
    • Good data entry and attention to detail
    • Basic understanding of systems (CRM / ERP is a plus)
