Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
We are looking for an Admin Support Analyst (ASA) with an interest in International Trade and general Administration tasks.
The ASA serves as the primary administration contact for the clients and acting as a support role for the Account Management area, he/she is also responsible for achieving client ́s satisfaction. The ASA is expected to consistently provide excellence in strategic administration tasks toward service completion:
Client commercial notes support and maintenance.
Invoicing generation, coordination and follow up.
Overdue accounts control.
Payment tracking (receivables support).
Reporting (internal and external).
Transfer information to the finance team for invoicing.
Review and update operational and financial files
Booking services in our platform
Qualifications
Education: bachelor's degree on Business Administration, or related field.
Ability to communicate in written English.

Compensations:
Gross Monthly Salary $10,500 MXN
Performance bonus reaching KPIs.
