About this role
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our HR, compliance and general administrative activities in Saudi Arabia.
The role will have a strong focus on compliance administration, documentation, employee records, case tracking and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring records and documentation are accurate, confidential, up to date and maintained in line with company procedures and applicable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and documentation support across HR and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate employee, compliance, contractual and company records.
• Monitor ongoing cases, actions, submissions, deadlines and required follow-ups.
• Prepare, compile, review and organize documentation for official submissions and internal requirements.
• Maintain compliance trackers, registers and status reports.
• Support adherence to company policies, procedures and applicable Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants and relevant government entities.
• Support audits, internal reviews and compliance-related activities.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, summaries and supporting documentation.
• Submit and collect documentation from relevant authorities and organizations when required.
• Escalate outstanding actions, documentation gaps and potential compliance issues to management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee, commercial and company information.
Candidate Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in administration, HR administration, compliance, document control or a related function.
• Previous experience supporting compliance activities, documentation and government-related processes is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of administrative procedures and records management.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Arabic communication skills with good working English.
