Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project manager, superintendent, and foremen.
• Professionally answer all incoming calls and take messages for project personnel.
• Provide callers with company information such as directions to jobsite locations, company website, employment application, and other related information.
• Collect and enter employee time into payroll system.
• Perform data input into various software systems.
• Schedule and plan meetings for project supervision.
• Receive and distribute incoming daily mail.
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail.
• Assist in ordering jobsite materials and supplies. This includes in-person meetings with vendors.
• Keep jobsite office clean and orderly.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Detail oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Efficient time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
