Eliot is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join their PACT team. This position is integral to the Team's functioning and is often the first point of contact for clients, family members, other agencies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls throughout the day
- Greet clients/visitors in person and on the phone professionally and respectfully
- Manage and organize the Psychiatrist's schedule
- Scan/organize all necessary documents into Eliot's Electronic Medical Record
- Produce monthly reports for DMH and MBHP
- Inventory supplies and order as necessary within constraints made by supervisor
- Ensure proper maintenance of office machines and the office area
- Communicate effectively with other Team members
- Attend weekly staff meetings. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- At least one year of office experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
