SuperAnnotate AI Inc. is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, and administrative operations.


This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who enjoy coordinating activities, communicating with people, organizing events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Operations team and support various recruitment, campus outreach, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and recruitment tracking.
  • Support hiring activities, including job postings, candidate communication, and assessment coordination.
  • Assist in organizing university boot camps, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, internal events, and company celebrations.
  • Manage administrative records, trackers, reports, and documentation.
  • Support internal communications and cross-functional operational activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist the People Operations team with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in administration, recruitment coordination, customer service, event management, or related functions is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience organizing events, university programs, or community activities is a plus.
