Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Maintains filing and sharepoint documents as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates and schedules Lodging, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Familiarity with recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
- May assist in training of newly hired personnel.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and Multitasking and highly organized.
- Working knowledge of Business Policies, Procedures and Office Functions such as Sales, HR, AR, AP, Billing.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload independently and adjust priorities as circumstances change.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and interruptions and complete tasks accurately and timely.
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: Competitive, Hourly $18-22 DOE
