Summary:

Responsible for managing the Administrative Services operations within a busy Centralized Billing Office. Establishes procedures and monitors daily operational performance. Plans and supervises the implementation of daily activities and monthly goals.

Essential Functions:

• Plans and supervises the implementation of daily activities for assigned personnel including the eligibility, liens, correspondence, billing, account reconciliation, client services, outside business attorney billing and all other support functions within the unit.
• Controls hiring and development for all positions within the assigned group.
• Accountable for quality of work completed and group performance on a monthly basis.
• Special projects coordination as needed

Shift: Monday-Friday / 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Minimum Requirements:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass 7-year National Background Check and 10-panel Drug Screening
• 1+ year of RECENT Supervisory/Management experience in healthcare setting
• Proficient written & verbal communications & interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office

Qualifications

• Ability to pass 7-year National Background Check and 10-panel Drug Screening
• 1+ year of RECENT Supervisory/Management experience in healthcare setting
• Proficient written & verbal communications & interpersonal skills
