Administrative Specialist

The Administrative specialist supports a wide variety of co-workers in one of Atlanta's leading Insurance Brokerage firms.

Specific Duties will include:

• Preparing proposals for customer presentations
• Creating professional business correspondence
• Creating and updating detailed spreadsheets
• Completing applications
• Converting Word documents to electronically fillable pdf format
• Assembling notebooks
• Providing back-up front desk support
• Monitoring inventory levels of required supplies

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

• Professional level verbal and written communication skills
• High level of detail orientation and customer service aptitude
• Advanced working knowledge with MS Word and Excel
• Experience with Adobe pdf applications
• Working knowledge of proper business correspondence forms
• Strong ability to mulit-task
