Job Description

We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

• Maintain and update customer, pricing, and sales data in internal systems.
• Support the preparation and validation of customer reports and sales documentation.
• Assist with contract administration and customer record management.
• Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies in sales databases.• Support sales team with ad hoc administrative requests.Sales

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare recurring sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze sales performance, customer activity, and product trends.
• Create dashboards, charts, and management presentations.
• Support monthly business reviews and forecasting activities.
• Perform data validation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in tracking KPIs and commercial performance metrics.

Process Improvement

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using advanced Excel functions.
• Help optimize reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
• Document reporting procedures and best practices.
