The Administrative Specialist supports a group of team members involved in the selling and servicing of commercial insurance products.

The main requirement for this position is someone who loves supporting a team and is understanding of changing requests. Specific duties will involve creating and editing proposals and other visual presentations; creating and updating spreadsheets; converting intuitive electronic forms; monitoring needed supplies and also providing back-up support on the front desk.

Qualifications

First and foremost, we are needing someone who genuinely loves supporting a team and being a part of the team's success. In addition we are looking for above average MS Word and Excel abilities, professional level communication skills and a high degree of detail orientation combined with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize duties. Must possess a solid work history involving administrative and word processing tasks.
