Administrator – Accounts Payable

What you'll do

• Three-Way Matching in Coupa: match purchase orders, receiving status, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Payment Disbursements on Workday: Prepare and execute, daily and weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and check
• Internal and External (Vendor) Inquiry: Act as the primary contact for internal and vendor inquiries, research statement discrepancies, and resolve any issue
• Manage AP and Coupa invoice mailbox on daily basis

What you'll bring

• University/College diploma in Accounting
• 2 years’ accounting experience in an Accounts Payable environment
• Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong Communication skills (written & verbal)

Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is 50K-55K.
