What You Will Do
As an Administrator in our Operations team, you will use your creative energy and sharp technical and soft skills to provide investment administration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions related to security trades and other investment activities timely and accurately.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly custodian reconciliations in accordance with our reconciliations mandate.
- Support the administration relating to the Bank’s tax and regulatory reporting obligations, including but not limited to our annual tax filings and periodic audits.
- Perform functions relation to corporate actions administration including but not limited to event elections, transaction postings and the provision of reports for analysis.
- Empower decision-making with insightful management reports on investment activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related field.
- 2 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance industry.
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course or similar certification.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Logical, analytical and pro-active thinker.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A high level of computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Python, Power Automate, Power BI and SQL queries will be an asset.
