About this role
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Blackpool.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Community-based assessments — Complete Care Act–compliant assessments within the community to identify needs, risks, strengths, and eligibility for support.
- Care planning & reviews — Develop, implement, and review person‑centred care and support plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and proportionality.
- Safeguarding interventions — Lead on safeguarding enquiries, risk management, and multi‑agency coordination to ensure adults at risk are protected and supported.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
