• This is House Calls position
• Practice in the South, North, Central and Soutwest
• Telehealth to support video visits
• Hours/Shift, including patient-facing hours: 4, 10-Hour Shifts (Monday to Friday; day off to be established upon hire). 32 patient-facing hours required per week (i.e., 8 per day)
• The position will support 2 sister programs/clinics and will require travel to/from patient homes as well as the ability to support virtual care delivery.
• Competitive compensation.
• Incentives: Up to $7,500 relocation bonus (if applicable).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
• At least 1-2 years of experience preferred; however, the position is amenable to recent APP graduates

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$57.33 - $88.47
