Job Overview:

Job Summary:**

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking experienced Aerial Linemen to construct, maintain, and repair overhead electrical power lines and telecommunication infrastructure. This role involves working at heights, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of utility services.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Install, repair, and maintain overhead communication lines, poles, transformers, and other related equipment.
* Construct and maintain telecommunication aerial infrastructure, including fiber optic and copper cables.
* Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform pole-setting, framing, and climbing tasks as required.
* Troubleshoot and resolve power outages and service interruptions.
* Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Work collaboratively with ground crew and other team members.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
* Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service restoration.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman.
* Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
* Demonstrated proficiency in climbing poles and working at heights.
* Experience operating bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other line work equipment.
* Thorough understanding of electrical principles, safety procedures, and utility infrastructure.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
* OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
* First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
