🎯 YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL

Your role will be essential to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of Ormazabal equipment, delivering an excellent customer experience and maximizing equipment reliability and performance.

• HOW 1: Coordinate on-site installations, commissioning activities, testing, and start-up of Ormazabal equipment.

• HOW 2: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance services, and rapid resolution of customer issues both remotely and on site.

• HOW 3: Deliver technical training to customers and contribute to continuous improvement by communicating field feedback and corrective actions.

🌟 WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Training: Vocational Training, Associate Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent studies in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or related fields.

• Technical experience: 2-3 years of experience in field service, commissioning, maintenance, electrical systems, protection and control equipment, or related industrial environments.

• Desire to learn and proactive attitude: If you enjoy learning new things, solving technical challenges, and working closely with customers, you will thrive in this position.

• Basic knowledge of tools and programs: Electrical schematics, testing equipment, protection and control systems, communication systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong interpersonal skills: Teamwork, flexibility, customer orientation, leadership potential, and problem-solving mindset.

• Driving license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across the assigned territory.
