Position Information
Location: Brooklyn Park, MD 21225
Position: Part-Time
Service Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy
Compensation: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 3:30 PM-6:30 PM

Daily Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
- Following individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collecting and documenting therapy data
- Teaching communication, adaptive, and social skills
- Working closely with caregivers and BCBAs
- Maintaining professionalism and a positive therapeutic environment
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Passion for helping children with developmental disabilities
- Dependable work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
