Overview

We’re looking for a Part-Time Agency Assistant to support our Lincoln office on Monday/Wednesday/Friday afternoons. In this role, you’ll help keep things running smoothly with a mix of administrative, receptionist, and delivery-related responsibilities. If you’re dependable, friendly, and love to lend a hand, this is a great opportunity to gain professional experience in a dynamic agency setting.

What You’ll Do
• Provide front desk support, including phone coverage and greeting visitors
• Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations
• Complete local deliveries and pick-ups for the agency and its clients/vendors
• Support various teams with errands, mail runs, and other assigned duties

What You’ll Bring
• Availability from 1:00–5:00 p.m. on Monday/Wednesday/Friday

• Junior or Senior college standing
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
