A leading life assurance company which seeks to roll out an aggressive insurance retail business driven by exceptional products, values and benefits requires the services of exceptionally knowledgeable, highly skilled and dynamic individuals for the following.

Location: Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt:

Responsibilities:

The branch manager will be responsible for achieving business targets by building the sales distribution channels of agency for his team. This will include building a productive and motivated agent network, leveraging the business through training initiatives whilst monitoring and driving the agency business model to achieve desired business plans and career aspirations.

Qualifications

A good first degree in social sciences or humanities.

Minimum of 7 years experience.

Prior experience in a similar role is critical.

At least 3 years of team handling experience.
