The base hourly range for this role is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Responsibilities:
- Support senior agents with due diligence activities on active listings, including gathering, organizing, and reviewing property documents, rent rolls, financial statements, and public records.
- Maintain and organize deal files, transaction checklists, and internal tracking systems.
- Research properties, ownership information, and market data using public databases and industry tools.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, offering memoranda, and property proposals.
- Update and maintain CRM and contact databases.
- Help draft and distribute email campaigns and client communications.
- Provide general administrative and project support across multiple business functions.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred and considered a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments independently.
- Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, finance, or sales preferred.
- Candidates with relevant education, internship experience, or a demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, finance, or sales are encouraged to apply.
- No prior commercial real estate experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop industry knowledge and skills.
