What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Recommend personalized Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions

• Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and networking

• Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM

• Deliver outstanding customer service while growing your book of business

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Is motivated by goals and performance

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships

• Has sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred, not required)

• Is coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn

• Is willing to obtain or currently holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
