Full-Time | Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm & Friday 9am-1:30pm

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions

• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products

• Nurture leads, generate referrals, and network within your community

• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after each sale

• Work toward personal sales goals and long-term client relationships

• Stay current on new products and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organized, positive attitude

• Able to manage multiple priorities

• Willing to obtain or already have a Property & Casualty Insurance License
