Agile Project Manager

In this role, you will help drive the successful execution of complex technology initiatives in a fast-moving environment. You will play a central part in aligning cross-functional teams, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring stakeholders stay informed as projects move from planning through release.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project planning, sprint execution, and cross-functional delivery coordination.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers to keep teams on track.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely releases.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery across cross-functional technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and sprint planning.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
• Strong experience communicating project status, dependencies, and milestones to internal stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in Thailand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech industry.
• Experience working with external clients or other customer-facing stakeholders.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
