AI Developer (Microsoft Stack)

Your mission

As an AI Developer, you will play a dual role as both a technical consultant and developer, specializing in Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing intelligent, scalable AI solutions for clients who are ready to innovate. You will contribute to solution design, train and fine-tune AI models, integrate with Microsoft 365, and ensure that end users derive real value from the technology.
You will collaborate with functional and technical specialists, consultants, and architects at Macaw, shaping both customer success and your own professional growth. Staying up to date with the latest AI and Microsoft trends will be key to delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Your profile

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Build integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other data platforms.
• Experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Contribute to solution architecture and design.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and recommend strategic AI implementations.
• Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussions.
• Document AI solutions, integrations, and development progress.

Requirements

• Experience as a developer or engineer with .NET, Python, or Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, or .NET.
• A strong interest in (generative) AI, LLMs, Copilot solutions, and M365 integrations.
• Basic knowledge of API integrations and web services.
• A problem-solving mindset with a balance of creativity and pragmatism.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-driven environment.
• Eagerness to continuously learn, experiment, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Salary Range
We value your expertise and offer a competitive salary range of €3900 – €6300 gross, tailored to your experience and qualifications.
