You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

As our AI Enablement Lead, you will be the internal authority on applied AI - identifying where AI creates leverage, leading adoption initiatives, and ensuring teams have the tools, workflows, and knowledge to deliver real value. Operating at the intersection of engineering capability and business outcomes, you will translate experimentation into production-grade enablement while working closely with the Director of Engineering, EMs, Staff Engineers, and key business stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the internal AI roadmap by partnering with Engineering Managers and business teams to identify high-leverage opportunities and prioritize AI-driven workflow improvements.
  • Prototype and experiment with new AI-based technologies to build and standardize the internal AI toolset for teams across the company.
  • Establish clear AI usage policies, build cost visibility tools, and manage token spending efficiency to ensure sustainable scaling.
  • Drive internal AI adoption and establish a single source of truth for AI knowledge by organizing workshops, meetups, and cross-departmental enablement sessions.
  • Apply our leadership principles to guide your team and drive results.
  • Stay informed on AI developments across other group brands and adapt learnings and best practices to our organization where applicable.

    • Your skills & experiences:

  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape, core concepts, and a proactive hunger to continuously experiment with new technologies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting lines.
  • A highly collaborative, accountable mindset capable of bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Hands-on prototyping skills using low-code platforms, Python, or direct API integrations (big plus).
  • Prior experience leading company-wide digital transformation or tech enablement initiatives (big plus).

  • Gross salary: from 4750 - 6700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
