AI Enablement & Program Manager
AI Summary
Designs and coordinates a company-wide AI enablement initiative, turning the approach into trainings, workshops, use-case sessions and communications for different audiences. Drives Microsoft Copilot adoption and defines KPIs to measure impact.
About this role
Avenga is an international engineering firm helping businesses operate with AI at the core. With 6,000+ experts worldwide, we combine engineering expertise with AI-native thinking to turn ambitious ideas into real-world impact across industries, technologies, and markets.
At the core of the role
We are actively seeking a hands-on AI Enablement & Program Manager to help build and drive a company-wide AI enablement initiative. Your main responsibility will be to design the overall enablement approach and turn it into concrete trainings, workshops, use-case sessions and communication formats for different audiences across the organization. You’ll coordinate their execution, drive adoption of AI and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, and set up a framework to measure whether the initiative is creating real impact. Here you’ll have the opportunity to shape how an entire organization adopts AI, while advancing your own skills and career in one of the fastest-growing areas in tech.
In this role, you’ll become a key member of a cross-functional team working on the company’s AI transformation. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers and external partners, with the shared goal of increasing AI literacy and turning AI into practical, everyday value for users.
Core skills you’ll bring
Program & project management: Experience in program or project management, enablement, change management or a comparable role, with a structured, highly organized way of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
Enablement design: Hands-on experience designing and coordinating trainings, workshops, enablement programs or adoption initiatives. You can build a structured AI enablement approach for different audiences, from general AI literacy to practical, use-case-driven adoption.
Orchestration & execution: Ability to translate strategic objectives into concrete formats, activities and deliverables, and drive their implementation. You’re hands-on enough to prepare workshops and events in detail and facilitate or co-facilitate them when needed.
Stakeholder management: Comfortable coordinating internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers and external partners across different target groups.
Impact measurement: Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess adoption, effectiveness and impact, and using the results to continuously improve programs.
AI understanding: A good practical understanding of AI and Generative AI. A technical or Data Science background is not required, but genuine enthusiasm for AI and new tools is, along with the ability to turn it into practical value for users.
Nice-to-have
Experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
Practical experience with AI-enabled ways of working
Background in change management or organizational adoption programs
Experience running company-wide or multi-audience initiatives
