AI Engineer Intern (AI Agent Development & Database)

Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. Key Responsibilities​​

1. ​​AI Agent Development & LLM Integration
   • Develop AI Agents using mainstream LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, DeepSeek, Claude, etc.).
   • Design and optimize prompts (e.g., CoT), improving instruction-following, memory, and tool usage.
   • Integrate Agents into existing systems or internal tools to support real business scenarios.
2. ​​Linux Deployment, Scripting & CI Integration
   • Deploy and maintain AI / web services in Linux environments.
   • Write Python / Shell scripts for one-click startup, log inspection, and basic automation.
   • Help set up or optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) to automate testing, building, and deployment.
3. ​​Basic Full-Stack Development & Database Work
   • Participate in backend API development, mainly using Python (e.g., FastAPI / Flask).
   • Make simple modifications and integrations on existing frontend pages (React / Vue / vanilla JS, etc.).
   • Assist in database design and usage, write common SQL queries, and handle basic data cleaning and ETL tasks.
4. Documentation & Collaboration
   • Write deployment guides, API docs, and user manuals.
   • Collaborate with product, algorithm, and engineering teammates to refine requirements and turn them into working solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications​​

1. ​​Technical Skills​​
   • Proficient in at least one programming language, with a strong preference for Python.
   • Solid understanding of basic data structures and algorithms; able to read and modify existing code.
   • Hands-on experience with at least one major LLM API, and familiarity with basic prompt design (e.g., CoT).
   • Familiar with SQL and at least one database system (e.g., MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
   • Comfortable developing and debugging in Linux, with knowledge of common commands and basic scripting.
   • Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) is a plus.
   • Familiarity with MCP protocol or Agent tool-calling ecosystems is a plus.​​
2. Knowledge​​
   • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
   • Clear project experience (course projects / personal projects / competitions / open-source, etc.) and able to describe your own responsibilities and contributions.
3. ​​Preferred Skills​​
   • Project experience related to AI Agents, RAG, or automation scripts.
   • Exposure to Docker / containerization and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins, etc.).
   • Experience in database optimization or data ETL.
