What does a Design Engineer do at PALO IT?

As a Design Engineer at PALO IT, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative front-end architectures that align with user needs and business goals.

• Develop reusable design components and frameworks to enhance scalability and maintainability in design workflows.

• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for design systems and methodologies, facilitating knowledge transfer across teams.

• Integrate AI and advanced tooling into the design processes to improve automation and productivity.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of design systems and best practices within the organization.

• Continuously research and implement new methods and technologies to elevate design standards and practices.
