AI Systems Builder / Founding Partner (m/f/x)

ORYN is a company builder for AI-native agencies. We take people who are exceptional at one thing and build the agency infrastructure around them. Positioning, sales, legal, finance, operations: we own that. The Founding Partners own the craft and the delivery.

Tasks

You are already good at this. You know how to design AI workspace setups, wire together agent architectures, build knowledge systems that actually work. Maybe you are freelancing. Maybe you are thinking about going out on your own but have not pulled the trigger yet, because building a business around your craft is a different skill set entirely.

That is exactly where we come in.

Requirements

What you bring

Deep, hands-on experience building AI systems. Shipped, deployed, actually used by real clients or teams. You know Claude, GPT, or open-source LLMs at a working level. And you know how to explain what you do to someone who does not live in this world.

Must-haves

• Proven delivery: AI systems built and shipped, not just designed
• Hands-on with LLMs and AI tooling at a working level
• Can own delivery end-to-end without hand-holding
• Wants to build something of their own, not stay an individual contributor forever

Nice-to-haves

• Prior freelance or consulting experience
• MCP or API integration depth
• Network in mid-market or scale-up segment
• Experience working with Claude Code

What the partnership looks like

Equity in the agency you build. ORYN brings the company builder infrastructure: methodology, positioning support, legal and finance scaffolding, and an ecosystem of portfolio agencies to learn from and sell into. You bring the domain expertise and run the delivery.
